ouch, that sucks man. i blew mine out racing MX and i haven't had that bad of an injury stunting. i took classes on proper crash positions when i started racing street bikes for WERA. I learned to keep the body all togehter and always try to land flat....i usually snap my legs together, pull my arms in and land on my side and try to roll if i crash a 12...trying to run it out ****s you up.
