2nd gear on a fzr1000 anyhelp please

Angry 2nd gear on a fzr1000 anyhelp please

I cant get it up in 2nd for no longer than maybe a foot high and ten feet long at about 55-60mph I clutch it up to the red and nothing really happens im 2 teeth down in the front

kidding right,
the fzr 1000's are wheelie machines. A bit heavy but still can ride wheelies all day. You need to work on pumping down and leaning back farther. You really should be able to roll that thing on in second gear man. -2 in front should help a lot. try to get on the ***** of your feet and jump on the pegs hard as hell as you swipe the clutch and drop it right around 9k on the rpm's shouldn't need to get up to the red. get it up at a slower speed and use more of your body.

WHAT?? should just be a matter of opening it up - try feathering the brake until you are at about five grand then wind it on as hard as you can - if she doesn't lift up then you're way down on power - I've never had a problem (1994 FZR1000 Vance&Hines slip-on and stage 2 jet, K&N filter puts just over 145bhp on the dyno).
