Introducing The National Stunt Riding Association
You asked for it, and here it is.
The National Stunt Riding Association is the new national governing body for the sport of Freestyle Motorcycle Stunt Riding. By enlisting the help of other national governing bodies of Olympic and other action sports, we have created a new format for stunt competitions that is catered to both riders and spectators alike.
We will be holding Regional Qualifiers around the country, inviting the best riders from each region to battle it out at the National Championship each year.
We are starting this off by holding an Open-Invite National Championship this November 23rd in Gainesville, FL. This event will provide a ranking system going into the 2004 season.
Myself and the other members of the NSRA have been working on this for over a year now. We have been interviewing riders and spectators at every event we have attended to gain a better understanding of what this sport needs to succeed. We feel that we have come up with a formula for success that will not only put our sport in the national eye, but also allow riders to make a living competing at the sport they love.
Check out the website at www.stuntNSRA.com and give us your feedback.
To make this sport succeed, we are going to need everyone’s support.

Listen,
Being King of the classroom now doesnt make up for you lack of stature back in highschool. While having grade school girls swooning over you is cute, its having an adverse effect on your sense of humor.
I have always hated gangsta and ftp mentalities...
but hey if you feel "hippies need not apply" well guess you can stay over in the XSBA
lata peach...

site. That is definately a quality website. I hear you on the gangsta mentality, but its a bitch trying to keep your bike looking good. Especially if your trying to take it to the next level. I understand the whole motorsport and keeping a good apprearance thing but that can get very expensive. Oh well I guess I am going to have to just stop wrecking

a really good idea and i think it will only help the sport by making riders have health insurance and clean bikes. things like that will help attract the huge corperations like how buell sponsors craig jones. his bike is mint and maybe one day honda or suzuki will do the same. def a idea

this is awesome!!! excellent job to everyone involved in getting it going. I will be signing up very soon.
Only thing I see missing, and maybe i just missed it somewhere, but what about team events?

Pretty sure thats just event coverage. If a stunter has a halfway decent job, or deals enough drugs or bike parts to buy his own health insurance, then I wouldnt see keeping the bike "neat" to be a problem

another large step in the right direction.
as far as the bike thing streetfighters are allowed correct? and what about those of us that don't use scrapebars? are we allowed to leave shrapnel hanging of the back?
any ideas on when and where the next qualifier may be held?
