This is Where we Want To See Stunting Go... The Future
Check this out. Imagine if stunting was included with THIS ticket!
Tony Hawk unveiled his vision: a multi-million dollar customized ramp/track system, musical stage, and state of the art video, audio and lighting systems. Skateboarders and BMX bikers aired out on the center ramp. Motocross riders launched high overhead. Pyrotechnics exploded and lighting dazzled as the world's best action sports aerialists wowed the crowd of drop-jawed kids and parents alike. In a highly synchronized performance, Hawk, Andy Macdonald and Bucky Lasek skated alongside BMXers like Dave Mirra, Mat Hoffman and Kevin Robinson while Motocross madmen Carey Hart, Clifford "The Flyin' Hawaiian" Adoptante and Mike Cinqmars flew over and around them. This cast of big-name, big-talent athletes rode to the live music of Social Distortion and The Offspring, treating a very lucky crowd to a new standard in action sports and music—Tony Hawk's Boom Boom HuckJam Arena Tour 2002.

the boom boom huck jam's been in the making for a Loooongg time. thanks to tony's massive success and activision O2-it was able to take flight-this tour is much like the espn/snapple "tony hawks gigantic skatepark tour" that has ran for three years because it has become a very successful show in such a short time.
and bye the way-IT IS THE MAIN ATTRACTION-and everything else is the sideshow.
The boom boom huck jam is very entertaining-i suggest you go see it if you can-there is a website with the dates of the appearances-
As for stunting being included-that would be really hard to do-since the bike riders-stakeboarders and fmx guys ALL get really big air-they can all be seen by the crowds. This show is done at night and indoor-there is very little light inside-mostly laser light that constantly flash along with pyrotechniks. Also the area that we require couldn't be fit into the current setup they have(tony hawk just spent 3 million on a very very high tech vert ramp) wich is an outer ring that consist of 2 ramps and 2 landings for the fmx guys-one huge *** vert ramp with 12ft gap in the middle of that-and in that gap lies one gigantic ramp and landing.
could something like that be created?
would it draw crowds?
I think so-

That is Patrick from Sportbikehype, it's called the "Captain America".
How do you do it.....
Practice, practice, practice, crash, practice, practice, practice, get hurt, heal, practice, practice, practice, crash, practice, practice, practice.
Or something close to that.

I dont know how the hell this got onto captain america but anyway. I went to the tony hawk tour last week, it was incredible. Afterwards we started stuntin in the parking lot and almost every person in attendance hung out and watched us untill security made us stop, mostly 15 year old kids. I kept tryin apes and crashin my bike. They all laughed at me.

Sick trick, but anyway,When Tony Hawk started he was just like us.There were a few videos here and there.Who remembers Powell Peralta? The skate board company Tony Hawk skated for.The video you might remember was called "The Search for Animal Chin".When they made those videos, nobody took skateboarding seriously. Now look at where it is.
I hope our sport gets the recognition it deserves, but it won't happen over night.

I think there is a huge audience for what we do.The problem is,most people who like extreme sports don't even know what street extreme is.
I ran into a friend of mine from high school. He asked me"what do you do for fun"? So I told him.He had absolutely no idea what I was talking about. He thought I was talking about dirt bikes. But,when I showed him our demo,he couldn't beleive what he was seeing.
I'll stop blabbing...you all know what I'm talking about.
