ideas to make titanium skitch plates(cheap)
I had the idea of making sparky skitch plates to permanently attach to some boots. I found some 9''x4'' titanium plates on ebay ($6.50), cut them to shape, and bolt the plate to the whole bottom of the boot.
The plate is thin enough .030'' so I think you could punch indentations where the bolts would go so you wouldn't ride on the bolt heads.

Run some flathead bolts through the bottom and fasten it with a nut under the insole. Probably a little uncomfortable but it would spark like nothing else. Tell me what you think
