Well, I have this 1990 Kawi EX500 sitting in my garage. Needs a new motor (or rebuild), and the front fairing is there but pretty much garbage. I found a used motor for $400. What should I do, fix it and TRY to stunt it or try to sell it for a couple bucks???? I asked this board before if a EX500 could be stunted and someone said yes and sent a pic of them on one. Anyone else have pics of em??? It's already geared up in the rear, jetted, cams, muzzy single pipe, etc. I am getting a newer, bigger bike sometime this winter for next year, probably a 900rr or a gixxer 750. But I figure 2 bikes might not hurt. Maybe the 500 can then be a track bike or spare. Chime in with your ...

i know a lot of local people use those ex500's for track bikes. that's a good class to be in, very competitive and fun.

usualsuspects... that was a pretty funny one, I don't know if you meant for it to be or you were being serious, but it made me laugh... Seriously though, I know it's a good track bike, but what about stuntin it? Oh yeah, anyone know if the the frame can take a bigger motor??? Maybe a 600, anything??

i seen guys stunt the hell out of ex500's hell if anything else they are cheap as hell to fix, plus id respect ya on a 500 doin some sick ****
