sawed off pipe

im going to saw off my pipe so its about a foot long because i crashed and the first bit got all ****ed up.. is this going to change the power of the bike any? i know on dirtbikes that shorty exausts will give u a little more bottom end. Has ne one else cut their muffler and noticed a change ??

min gets shorter evry time i crash, damn carbon fiber, supposed to be space age, mine is ok, i got a 900 rr so i just tuned my carbs to the new size, with FI i dont know if it affects anything i see guys in NY city with 6 inch cans though on 954s and they run mint

it's so minimal it doesn't matter


same reason you dont have to rejet your carbs when you just put a slip-on on your bike.
