aight cool! so what does this entail exactly? who is planning this party and where is it going to take place? Should there be a RSVP list? Let me know, cuz Im seriously considering going if it is well organized and going to take place.

Im trying to make this as organized as I can. Being in Kansas City, its hard to make plans in Vegas. West coast filmworks is going to try and find us a place to stay on the strip! Also we NEED to know for sure who is in and who isnt! For reservation purposes. I told him anywhere from 10-40 people. (my guess) If your serious about going, post it so we can get a close estimate, send me a PM too!

Since this is your idea, and your party.. i say you take the lead for this. LowSyde Productions will promote this as much as we can in the Bay Area. Im sure some of the other bay area riding groups would like to help out as well. We need to know :
1. Where the party will take place. ( which hotel, etc )
2. what day, and time.
3. What we need to bring in terms of helping out with food, drinks etc. ( if thats something you need/want help with)
4. need a RSVP online list for people to sign up.
( ps: i dont mean to sound like im telling you what to do, i really want to see this happen so all of us have a place to party for new yrs ! :D )

well, here's some info....all the strip hotels have a 2 nite minimum stay going right now....what does that mean? well, it means you have to stay the nite of the 30th and the nite of the 31st in order to book a room with them.
we've got a hook-up @ the New York, New York hotel on the strip, their regular rate is $269 a nite right now, but she says she can book @ $219 a nite......
yeah, not cheap....unfortunately all the hotels (on the strip) know they will sell out anyway, so no one is running any deals, or really giving any discounts
the off strip properties are running some deals , but you're out in BFE compared to the strip....you could take a taxi to and from the strip, but thats kinda a pain

If I can offer a touch of advise, try either the downtown clubs (like Binnions Horshoe and The Plaza) or the not-so-big on Strip Clubs (like the Imperial Palace) the rooms are not so expensive and the party is just as big.....Can't wait to see everyone here...

hey dan....just got some info....none of the strip hotels are accepting arrivals on the day of the 31st.....so if your gonna stay there, you have to arrive on the 30th.

Just got off phonw with MGM Grand. Can hook me up for 219.00 anight for 2 night stay. Check in on 31st check out on 2nd. Loooks like this is where Im booking my room! My flight gets in New years eve the 31st at like 8:45am. Leaving the 2nd at 7am!
ITs on Baby!!! Can either make plans around those dates, but those are what IM LOCKING DOWN!!!
