I finally phucking did it !!!
Well tonight I 12v'd for the first time. Its taken me 2 1/2 months of practice and 1 bad 12 crash to get it but I left a 15ft 12 bar scrape in the concrete....yeeeeehaaaaaaaaaa !!!!!!
I got the feeling now its not as bad as I thought.
I tried to park the biatch and it got away from me at the end. I've read it a 1000 times but yes I forgot to pull in the clutch. I was so happy it was scraping on the bar I didnt even care. The cage took the beating so no damage done. It was cool as I just walked right off it before it went down......
My bud was right behind me watching !!!
He said it was awesome. I still have never seen it in person but
thanks to all of you mad stunterz down there who have shown up and comers like me that anything is possible.
Hopefully I will have some pics of future ones to show.
The best feeling is knowing that I wont have to go thru winter wishing I had got it done.
The bike is away and its time to get drunk.

just cause i could hit my bar The bottomline is now I know I can do it. Its just a matter of practice and more practice.
Nags, I wish I had video !! When we went out today I had pretty much decided not to try as the last few days I was hard at it and was getting frustrated.......so I decided no camera today...Wont do that again.

Well heres an update for ya......
4 more 12 attempts......4 more coasting scrapes.....4 more crashes !!
All slow speed stuff but that last one I punched a hole into
right engine cover ! Ouch. Engine oil everywhere !! lol
Just so everyone knows it wasnt an FI cage issue, I lost the original bolt that attachs the cage to the subframe mount and I used a bolt that was a bit to long. I knew it, but I was in a rush so i figured I would cut it later on. Well that bolt punched a hole in the cover.
All in the span of about 10 min's.
Cage got a bit twisted but oh well.
Have a spare engine cover and will JB weld the old one.
And no goddamn video !! Sorry guys
Its weird man cuz I know I crashed all of them but the fear of going over is completely gone now. After last night I was anxious to get back out a see if I could do it again....

Another update, bikes been fixed for a few days now !!!
Was at the track again today. Still having a hard time parking it !!
AHHHHHH !!! Bent went down again after scraping. The good thing is I am able to just walk off it before it goes.
I am going thru frame slider bolts like crazy !! Oh well.
