2002 gixxer rear HB setup help
Looking for some insight on what the best way to setup a rear hand brake on an 02 gsxr 750.
Here's what I'm working with, factory rear fb setup
00 cbr 959 HB master
Stainless line back
What else do I need to make functional as of now I'm double banjo at output for fb an at this point all I'm doing is transferring fluid between 2 res.
Any suggestions

In order for the dual setup to work, you have to run the line from the lever into the reservoir on the foot pedal master cylinder. You need a machined cylinder that threads into the reservoir and is tapped for a banjo bolt on top.

I the dual banjo only really works if u have a rear master cylinder that doesn't have a window or external reservoir. The window may pop out with too much pressure I found an old reservoir with no window and no external brake res at an old dirtbike scrapyard.

Re: 2002 gixxer rear HB setup help
ok guys heres a bit up an update
heres what I have and still having no luck on getting brake pressure
I am using a rear pedal master off a 03 636 with a tap in at res for the hand brake line, I have been at it for over an hour modifying my rear set to take the master and bleeding the brakes I used the plastic insert for the res cut down and taped for banjo bolt (no leaks thus far). I believe that I have all of the air out of the lines I do not have a spray out of the caliper when bleeding just a steady flow out I have bleed at all connection points. when applying the pedal I do get a return of fluid to the HB res, the rear master came from ebay I did tear it down and inspect no faulty seals found any ideas of what my problem maybe?
