police just bumrushed the spot we meet at, 10 cop cars from all directions, i bounced out the lot, but on my way damn punk bitch tried pushing me off my bike, my helmet was half on, it fell off my head and they scooped it, one of my boys got rammed knocked his bike over, and took him away. i just wanna say one thing, is it realy necessary to try and nock us down? i mean we were just sittin there, not even stuntin yet, we stunt somewhere else this is just the meeting spot.

well i lost my new black chrome helmet, i had to stash my trick bike for a while, do you think they will fingerprint my helmet? i got a felony rap sheet, oh boy guess i will see.

 

I dont think that can be legal for them to do that! I would see a lawyer. Only way I deem that necessary is that if ya'll posed a threadt to them. FTP

 

all i was doin was leavin the lot, the damn cop just rushed me, my boys 1000 got rammed and they are bailin him out now.

 

Even if they went to all the trouble to print the helmet that still doesn't mean you were wearing it and dropped it in the parking lot. Anyone else could have been wearing that helmet and droped it that night. Never admit to anything.......cops lie.

Word of advise........

In michigan almost every car has a camera in front and rear. In metro areas like Detroit, every single car has cameras.

If they got you on video then you're fuct. You can never win a case against video regardless of your lawyer's skills. If they said stop and you didn't then that is fleeing and eluding. FELONY. Try putting that on your next job application.

But if you get a lawyer it's not gonna sound to good when you say "as I was eluding the police after they told me to stop they knocked my helmet off." So for you I would probably just walk away from it but your dude that got his bike rammed should ****in sue the **** out of them.

 

i would just leave your bikes somewhere else and move to a different house....they cant charge ya if they cant find ya anytime ive been in trouble i just moved to a new spot...they will get over it sooner or later...jst dont hang out there or by there anymore...i aint had a charge in 7 years

 

I don't think they have Cam's in their cars. If they print the helmet, just say your friend borrowed it or something. You'd have to be in a high-traffic area to have cops with video in the cars, @ least around here. Good luck and lay low

update on the situation,

im in the clear so far no calls or cops,

my boy got fu-ked though, after they hit him and nocked him over they beat the crap out of him while he was saying i give up igive up, then the pigs stepped back and sicked the dogs on him, he has ten staples in his leg and numerous other cuts, they told him hell never see his bike again and held him on 10000 dollar bond.

hes out and already gonna sue, them pigs are messed up man, they never told us stop, or freeze or anything, they just started bum rushing us

one of my other boys got rammed after running, after getting off the ground and asking the cop what his problem was they hit him in the face with a billy club. he also got 10000 bond

cops are pretty messed up around here im down to blow up the station my self

What really sucks is the low life pigs will probably get away with everything because they are low life pigs and the system is corrupt as hell. Get a good lawyer and make sure thses ****ers pay if at all possible. Get all your money back including lawyer fees, your buddys bail, bike damage, and inconvince charges. They hopefully everyone of those small dicked I'm a virgin and pissed at the world pieces of **** will loose there jobs so they become crack addicts and starve on the streets.

If you were just sittn there... Y N THE *** DID U RUN????????? At worst u could have been asked to leave. The whole problem is when u decided to run! Then cop says to himself... Y are they running ... ??? did they just kill someone... did they just steal those bikes.... are they high.... and so on ... and so on. As far as the beating ur boys took.... Very sticky situation??? Waaay tooo many gray areas there.... no body was there but the cops and him. But if it really went down exactly as u described.... then I'd say they have a really good case against the city.... U all should be riding some brand new **** in about a year.
