that will def help maintain the slow speed wheeelie but your main goal is slowing it down at bp thats the key also bring ur rpm to 3k and lower psi to where u feel right maybe 15 to start. practice and practice and youll get it remember it doesnt come over night good luck

Re: Need Tips for wheelies!!!!

well im only 17 and have been riding dirt bikes forever and this is my first bike and i was just able to always pull my dirt bike up in like 2nd gear and the shift up through all of the gears and it was easy peasy. this gsxr just fucing spins the wheel and barely gets the front end up. i dont understand how im doing it so wrong it makes no sense to me

Re: Need Tips for wheelies!!!!

im also new in stuntin and learning as well but what ive slowly noticed on wheelies is if your rpm's are too high when popping the clutch the tire just spins. best thing to do is stay steady and a certain rpm and pop the clutch. see how high you get. next time give it a little more. so on and so forth. eventually you'll learn how hard you can hit it without spinning the tire. as i said i'm also new but its slowly worked for me. may give it a shot
