I have a customer with a 03-04 636 that I did the rear swingarm and wheel off 05-06 conversion for. I want to do the same with the front wheel but need some help I have the 03-04 forks that he wants to keep what else is needed for this to put the 05-06 front wheel on it

i did both swap on my 03-04 633 if u keep the stock front forks all u need to do is transfer the disc brakes from the front 03-04 rim to the new 05-06 front rim and if u use the 05-06 front disc brakes than ur going to need to put shims on the caliper mounting holes and buy longer bolts for the calipers seeing as the 05-06 disc are much large and nicer looking!!!!!

the stock 05-06 front forks come with the shims where the caliper mounts, they are 10mm

yeah but if u use the 03-04 forks with the 05-06 disc than u need the shims all ???? u know any one that is reliable that is selling a front cowling for a 03 636 cheap
