F4i ecuation/problem to be solved

Actually it is my electrical issue on my F4i and I cant figure it out

I can not hear the fuel pump priming, I can not start this bitch!!

So here it goes. We have:

1. Wiring harness is OK (checked all the wires).
2. ECU, ignition and starter/kill switch are OK. (checked them on a buddy's F4i).
3. Fuel pump is OK (priming when attached directly to battery).
4. Fuel cut-off & engine stop relays are OK.
5. Tip over sensor, side stand switch and clutch switch bypassed.

Some other pointers:
a) There is battery voltage in engine stop relay.
b) There is no battery voltage in fuel pump connector (3P black), even though the following are OK: main fuse, sub fuse, engine stop relay, fuel cut off relay, ECU.
c) There is no voltage in connectors from: ECT sensor, TP sensor, IAT sensor, injectors.

The only thing that I miss is the MAP sensor (have to buy it these days).

To me it looks like the ECU is not powered to send any commands to other components(mentioned above at b) and c).

Any feedback would be great!

Thanks in advance.

if the Tip over sensor, side stand switch and clutch switch are bypassed, i'm gonna go out on a limb here and say its one of those switches. how did you bypass them? i would check them again or hook them back up and see what happens

on a side note: unless your tryin to park that **** there is no need to disconnect the sidestand switch. In my opinion, it could be downright dangerous.

are you sure the battery is 100% good? checked with a multimeter when turning the key on?

my friend swore up and down his battery was good, said it was brand new and charged, his fuel pump wouldn't prime and the bike wouldn't turn over.. . I put my battery in and it came to life

the battery is fine it has ~12.6 V - if i attach the fuel pump directly to the battery then it primes ...

is the ECU powered by the Bl/W wire (6th pin grey connector) that comes from the engine stop relay(second from the left) and goes to fuel cut relay (see pic)?

normally the engine stop relay is always powered because is directly attached to the battery (left most R/W wire) so I guess the power should go through Bl/W wire to ECU? I dont even hear the click from the fuel cut relay

Re: F4i ecuation/problem to be solved

i finally found out why it wasnt getting any power ...
the starter relay is fucked up and no power is sent to the ignition switch
i wobbled the relay a little and i heard that ******* awesome sound when fuel pump is priming
now i got to replace that **** and go make some whoooooolies
