what dirt bike for practicing ?

Just wondering what kind of cheap dirt bikes are out there on craigslist that are good for learning all the wheelie variations and maybe stoppies? My friend has a small honda 125 that he swears made all the difference in the world when learning 12s and circle wheelies. I see guys messing around on small dirtbikes all the time in stunt videos so I'm just wondering if i were to get one what should i look for?

sorry if this is the wrong section, I really didn't know where to put it.

if you want something bigger then a 50 witch is the best but i find it to small. i had an 01 xr100 that i loved and is in my pic<<< only thing that sucks are drum brakes. the knock offs look sweet thought they have disk brakes i just dont know how good of quality they are

I'm a bigger guy (6'4" 225#) and felt the smaller bikes were too small so I picked up a crf230 to play around on......but like Neil said for the average guy the crf150 is a good bike to practice on......plus they make great trail bikes!!

yeah the drum brake definitely sucks......I just replaced the pads though with some cross cut ones so hopefully it'll show less fade......
