looks good so far but there is more trimming to do! take the tail off and trim the tray from right behind the battery to the end of the tail. from the back of the front seat to the tail light the tray should be flush with the bottom of the subframe. like i said your gona have to cut alot off the sides of that tray and push it up in there kinda hard.

Re: Atown Subframe help

ill take a pic after class tomm, but if i force the tail and undertail together as much as i can it undertail bows, and its right at the crossbar. ive trimmed almost all the outside of the tray so it doesnt touch the subframe.

Re: Atown Subframe help

no its stock undertail, and i knew what ya menat i just wanted to see how far. and i really noticed becuase i set the rear of the plastics first and they clip together. if that makes sense.

it hits on the cross bar that is under the rear seat

i cant find anywhere the battery tray is hitting, thats why im baffled. and all the wires are out of the way.

the cross bar? the one that holds the license plate in place? if that is the bar then hummm is ther any thing on the bottom of the undertail that is stopping it from sitting on the cross bar all the way?that is weird did you do any hard core burn outs with that undertail on at one point in time?

its like everything needs to move forward with the undertail and the tray i just couldnt get it to budge more. i might try mounting it without the tray at all if possible to make sure
