I have been jumped over my truck why stopped at a stop light. Got my *** beat, but they didnt get ****. I am sorry if that happen to me A. I would of got out of there or a many of other things. Wouldnt it be smart for the guy to just follow the bike and call it in. I mean the bike could get away easy, but if he didnt know it was a cop he would of proby just went on doing what he was doing. Then a cop could of pulled him over the right way. but on a different note....... FTP really how was that any different posting that video over the show called cops showing people getting pulled over really.... what ever FTP all I got to say and guys and GIRLS do what you do and be safe. Dizzzam! I go ***** with the bike for a bit and come back and.... Damn some harsh words there. I for sure didn't post this as a FTP thread. I know some cool cops and I keep my **** to the lot anyways. I got enough **** to pay for, **** giving the courts any money. Plus I have a kid on the way so I'm not running, too many dumb **** drivers around here not worth the risk to me. Anyways, the cop pulling his gun was a bit crazy. That **** would have freaked me out and I'm initial thought would be to get the hell out of there. ****, some guy with a gun telling me to get off my bike, I'm out! What's just ridiculous is the pursuit of charges over the video. That just seems childish on the department, city, DA, whoever the hell's idea it was to go with that. I'm mean seriously 5 years for that ****? C'mon you would figure they would have better things to do or more serious stuff going on than to try someone over recording of his own personal ride which included getting pulled over. As mentioned before, like the cop didn't see the camera there.... and how many cameras capable of video aren't capable of recording audio? So you are telling me that cop acted that way AND doesn't have common sense. Funny how in the video that one guy said the officer pulled the gun because he was scared when the guy started to back up. Well maybe because some dude just cut him off basically hopes out of the car and pulls a gun..?

I remember this crap, the dude is looking at 16 years in prison. The case is going forward in Oct unless the judge decides to toss it out which he really should.
