Re: need help 04 gsxr 750 problem

if it is there is a connector plug in the tail area and should be covered with a rubber boot. you can jump the B/W wire with the W/R just use a papper clip or another peice of wire and it will display the code its throwing on the gauges. code will start with a C and a number after. example C23 is tipover sensor.

If you get the code it's throwing i can tell you what it is.

Re: need help 04 gsxr 750 problem

I had a similar problem on
my 05 600. Ended up being the fuel pump was clogged with **** from whoever had it before me. Took it apart and cleaned it. Drained the tank made sure it was clean. Put it all back together and then it ran worse. Found out I bumped a plug infront of the airbox and unplugged it. Plugged that back in and voala! Good to go!!!

Re: need help 04 gsxr 750 problem

is ur fi light on? i had the same issue n couldnt go over 80mph n it took forever to get there, the 2ndary throttle controller is a piece of crap idea to help control low end power n open fully for top end

Re: need help 04 gsxr 750 problem

try plugs but i would think that if it were plugs it would do it all the time not just at highway speeds try fully winding out the gear before shifting see if it gives you a little more.

Re: need help 04 gsxr 750 problem

Dident read the other post.. lazy.. lol but ive had the exact same problem with my GSXR 1000 03.. was 100% the fuel pump and just as u described it started doing it @ lower n lower RPM's b/c the fuel pump gets weaker n weaker...
id go with that first. Fuel Pump.
