Just curious-fuel pump

Anyone else broke them before? Like I've said before I got crazy luck like that. I have never heard of someone breaking a fuel pump, but I did. I won't bore you guys with the whole story so cliff nots; 1.out praciticing wind started up pretty strong 2. almost went over the front of the bike sitting one down that got blown over by the wind 3. another got blown over even harder than before and I tried to correct but didn't seem to work so I just bailed at ~10mph. Either way the bike pancaked and broke the damn fuel pump. Broke the mount and it came loose and ripped wires out. Nothing big, I think I can fix it if I can find the right connector that got broken.

So anyone else done this before or am I just special ed? I think I might get a custom wrap that says "Pancake King" with some pancakes on the lower fairings.

Pics aren't great but you can see the wires that got ripped loose and in the first picture it shows where the plastic mount broke at the clip letting the pump come loose(it was 2 pieces when I pulled it from the tank, picture is of the pump reassembled). I'm going to try and find the correct connector I need and re-wire. Also, I was going to try to plastic weld or epoxy the plastic mount. Which would you guys try?
