05/06 vs 07/08 zx6r wheels
Just wanted to clear this up.
Contrary to everything I can find on SL, it seems the 05/06 and 07/08 zx6r rear wheels are indeed slightly different.
2006 zx6r rear wheel:

2008 zx6r rear wheel:

Notice the 06 brake side spacer says L=18 and the 08 says L=16. Since the bearing for that side is the same, I'm assuming that this means the wheels are indeed slightly different in size.
This is just a PSA brought to you by a guy who really wants his hb setup to fit

Re: 05/06 vs 07/08 zx6r wheels
Also, since plenty of people are running 05/06 and 07/08 wheels interchangeably, I guess this means that either the non-radial calipers have enough room for error that people aren't noticing or that perhaps the total width of wheel + spacers is the same. So providing you use 05/06 spacers with a 05/06 wheel and 07/08 spacers with a 07/08 wheel you'll be good.

Well, I believe the HoHey spacer was designed for 05/06 wheels I believe, so yes, that explains why it was so tight with the 07/08 wheels. I guess it was an extra 2mm in width.
