Worst case it is easy to switch your master with someones and rebleed it, see if the problem goes away. thatll tell you a good place to start looking for the problem if non of the above work..

hes got the GP tech, read his earlier post. My gp tech, when i had that POS back in the day, was outta adjustment, so this could be your problem. Where the lever pushes the piston, there is a hole with a bunch of hot glue in it. Dig that glue out and theres a flathead in there. Back that out a few turns and ride around testing it, keep adjusting that screw till u get it right.

Ya, i read that. My suggestion was just to start alleviating problems. By switching masters, he would know weather he needs to focus on the gptech thing being the problem or the rest of the system before he goes pulling glue out and adjusting **** he probably knows nothing about.

There are 4 diff nissin radials with 4 diff levers. that i know of. maybe more. get the right lever, no grinding.
