cbr1000 fuel pump wont prime. wtf?

turn the key on. its got power the lights come on it turns over the red fi light comes on and the fuel pump will not prime. could it be the bank angle sensor because the bank angle sensor fuse was blown. i changed it and nothing happend. which wires do you cut and put together to trip that sensor? any help would be apreciated i need this **** to run!
