i got a 2001 f4i and it got a gsxr600 frontend on it and the clipons are below the upper tripple and feel way to low. i want to drill holes in the upper and mount the clamps for some dirt bars. what model dirt bar clamps did yall use? i dont mind using the standard 20 dollar bars. help me out!

 

go with the pro taper set up you will love it. they have the kits on ebay but you got to find the right rise and bend you want. the suzuki/ktm bend are the **** and will give you alot of room for hand break setup.

 

protaper i have the 05-06RR front end on my 01 F4i and its **** but never ran clips on on my F4i yet

 

how did you get the clamps to sit flat on the tripple

 

Hey check out the kawi dirtbike factory 1 1/8 bar clamps they got rubber bushings around them, they will help with the cracking of the top clamp...i would get an after market setup instead of drilling seen alot crack during stuntin...Pro taper bars are the ****

 

get a good cage and they very rarely hit the ground
