I bought the hose and caps a few months ago so Ive been meaning to get it done...I found the 35,000 btu propane heater so now my 3 season porch is a legit heated motorcycle shop and Ive been dedicating thursday and friday nights to working on my bikes

Hit it with some PB Blaster let it sit over night, also there's a lock washer behind the nut, one side needs pressed down flat before the nut will spin.

PB Blaster, and an impact always works for me. May need to leave impact on for a minute or so. They are a bitch to get off

Use a socket......if you need leverage use a large tube....put over the ratchet......and bam it should not be an issue!

yah i hooked up my boys 636 for him you def have to do the clean air mod and just use an impact with somebody on the rear brake to get that front off

what kind of impact gun are you using?? i would suggest getting a good 1/2 Ingersoll Ran impact gun..

Impact never get mine, alway have to use the breaker bar with a 5 foot pipe on it, piece of wood in the rim( if u got a chain on) put it in gear and zip tie the handbrake lol.

Haha I ziptied the footbreak down and I think I need a different socket I tryed the breaker bar and the socket I had just kept slipping off I have a feeling I will get it soon

I just use a normal not deep 1/2 drive 27mm 6point socket, never had a slipping issue.

Yea, definitely have to have a 6 point socket and a giant breaker bar. I posted a thread about this as well when I first got my 636. Best bet is to not change it unless you have to

I will leave the stock front sprocket on it if I cant get it I would of just liked to put a new one on when changing the back and having a new chain.... Im not changing the gear size of the front sprocket and it def has quite a bit of life left....did you leave yours? lol
