Re: motorcycle licence in texas

its a big *** fine if you stop and get the ticket. after 2, your license is suspended. you can ride whatever size bike you want starting at 16, the 250 thing is bullshit. when your 15, you can get a permit to ride a 250 or 500.

Re: motorcycle licence in texas

I used the permit here in FL for a year, Then got popped the day after it expired an I went to DMV took test past paid 45bucks an left all legite. But now the state of Florida requires you to take a FL approved riding course of 32hours. DMV no longer gives permits or riding test period. here it is 16 an you can rock a twin turbo busa no cc limit. under 50cc does not rquire a endorsement.

Re: motorcycle licence in texas

texas you have to take a riding course now also. no way around it. just bite the bullet, learn some ****, and go get the license.

Same here, at 16, you can ride whatever you want

the course aint that bad. it actually helps you out in the end, no matter how long youve been riding.

That's not legal anymore in PA. You used to be able to just keep renewing your permit but they changed it.

Re: motorcycle licence in texas

here in bama you can get a m/c license at 14 but they say it has to be 150cc or less with no more than 5hp. 16+ then ride what u want. I got my ninja 250 at 14 (approx 25-30hp) and I got my 600 at 15. I got pulled over by a sherrif and he gave me a warning for speeding. He didnt mention/notice the restriction..
