Re: HAI BIKESHOP...has any1 had trouble with them?

I will openly apologize for anybody that has any issues with us in the past. It is true, we did close the actual retail site and go internet only about a year ago. Unfortunately we like everybody else were affected by the economy and paying $200K and up a year in expenses wasn't happening anymore. Please just keep in mind that Stunt Riding in general is inherently a small sport and thus small providers. Many parts are made to order and will take longer for shipping, but if you ever have any questions please let us know. The phone is always forwarded to a cell phone now when we're out of the shop, so if we're out getting parts or working on a project we should be around to help with whatever we can.

I understand the "economic times",, but,,if you're gonna offer a service then explain to the consumer that they wont be getting there parts in a timely fashion because of it,,,and explain that!!,, before they put down there hard earned money ,,not after...

Completely agree. That's exactly where there are notes to that extent on several of the product categories, individual products and checkout pages. Although even with that they can be easy to look over so it's certainly not a cure all method.

H.A.I is synonymous for "stunting" What a great response!!,, even though that is in the small print. I hope the H.A.I brand will continue to support stunt riding even when times are tuff..Just keep in touch with the emails from the consumers and I'm sure the H.A.I name will stay that way

i would have just been satisfied with a tracking number so i know when it was shipped and where it was..... i'm sure alot of people would appreciate one....
anyway the sprocket i got from hai was too wide, so when i got on the hai website it said it was expired and no longer workin, so i thought they went out of business, thought i was **** outa luck, and took my dremel to it so i could use it....
now i'm freakin screwed on getting the right one:b anghead
