But by ordering through him you are saving money, thats the idea of how shops work, they pay 10's of thousands of dollars to a parts distributor to get better deals than you as an individual. I think the Buy in for parts unlimited is somewhere around 20,000 and 25,000 dollars. And Mark as an owner can not always predict what people are going to need and its extremely expensive and dangerous to have tons of overhead and in-stock parts because you dont want to have to pay re-stocking fees on a 1000 items. So patience is a virtue my friend.. Call him and leave a message im sure you will be taken care of.

Why buy from HAI when you can buy direct? Now you have to wait on them to put in an order to Vortex when you could have done it yourself.

Re: HAI BIKESHOP...has any1 had trouble with them?

I have been trying for 2 years to be a site sponsor on here and apparently they don't want my money so I stick with advertising on Stuntride haha.

Re: HAI BIKESHOP...has any1 had trouble with them?

when the were forced to move to a different location because of the economy, thats when it looks like things were going downhill. i believe hai cares alot about the sport, but things are just so bad nowadays prettymuch anywhere you go.

Re: HAI BIKESHOP...has any1 had trouble with them?

just got my pegs in from HAI...took a little while but they came in so im happy that i got them and 2 free stickers...lol!!

Makes sense why it would take a little longer than usual since he needs to order it from the distributor. It's good to know how it works now!!

Re: HAI BIKESHOP...has any1 had trouble with them?

U got to give them a little more then 2 weeks for A specal order bike shops no way can posibly keep in stock every thing they sell on there web sites its impossible. when u place ure order they place there order most likley the next day then they have to wait to get it then send it out to u. most Companys like vortex will not drop ship there stuff to the customer they will only send to the dealer and most of the times theres a minimal order so its not just ure stuff gettin sent out.

Re: HAI BIKESHOP...has any1 had trouble with them?

everybody forgets how good hai actually was. They were one of the only stunt part dealers in the country for a while, and always charged fair prices and kept it real. I ordered all my parts from them 3 years ago and they were great. Weather it was cause of tice or not im not sure. Im sure when the economy picks back up then mark will stock more ****, no ones made of money... and im sure he gets hundreds of emails a day so that could be why hes slow to respond... I just dont think its right to **** on someone whos givin this sport so much And thats not sayin that i wouldnt be pissed off if i didnt get my **** in a timely fashion, but puttin a shop on blast like this is wrong giving the circumstances
