need help wiring up f4i ignition
i got to make a toggle switch to replace the ignition, but heard all this talk of honda using resistors or whatever... what do i need and what wires should i use? any help appreciated.

Honda is 2.2k ohm, 1/2 watt 5% tolerance. if you take apart your ignition you could probally use the original one. Which wires i'm not sure of, get a schematic or see whats whats before cutting and get xtra fuses should you put the wrong wires together.

do you think i could get one of them at radio shack or something? and i should find a ignition hot wire (12v) and run the resistor off it to make it 7v to send back in the ecm?

when ever i try to use the search it brings up a white error screen... everytime i try. can u send me a link to the thread please? i dunno if its my comp or the site thats causing me not to be able to use that damn search...
