Re: kaneone
that is the point of a forum but anyone using a forum should first search to see if the topic has been covered which the questions you're asking have been covered a million times. do a search for tires and see how many times its been covered. do a search for colored chains and see how many times it has come up.

If you are going to talk **** on someones avatar, get an avatar that is at LEAST at balance point.
That sure is a neat seat stander, I really hope you don't run a hand brake AND post that picture... I can understand you first few SS's without a hand brake.. but if you run one and post that, you should give up.

Re: kaneone
sad thing about your post is your riding a SS that looks like you are still chasing balance point, while riding a clapped our POS wrecked bike with no plastics

Re: kaneone
ive got a blue one and i never noticed it to get too dirty except when i was using maxima chain wax. and even then, it was an amber color over the blue, which makes sense because the chain wax is an amber color. now every 2 tanks of gas(or after it rains or i know i wont be riding for a while) i just spray it down with wd40, run it thru a grunge brush, spray it again, wipe it all off with a few paper towels, then spray it again and be done. sounds like a hassle, but it takes maybe a whole 3 minutes.

Re: kaneone
you shouldnt spray wd-40 on your chain. it can get behind the rings and displace the lubricant causing your chain to wear prematurely. spray the wd-40 onto a cloth and wipe your chain down. and dont use chain wax all that **** does is attract dirt. i used that **** for like 4 years not knowing any better and my chains were always getting super dirty. i forgot what im using now but is a diff type of chain lube not wax and my chain doesnt need cleaning very often at all, a quick wipedown with a cloth wet with wd every few weeks and it stays shiny.
And This reply was hard as hell to type because I am WAY too drunk to be on here.
