dude, super easy! start with a thick phone book and then use some body heels i did mine on my gsxr and it came out sick! just be careful how far you dent the front, cause it will make the gas cap leak or if it gets to deep in the front the tin touching togather will buzz. go slow and it will work out for ya. then i went and got grip tape strips (local marina) and did the whole dent in, if i had a pic id show ya, looked factory.

**** the phone book. Rubber mallet all the way. Start at the bottom of the cap and work your way out take your time I just dented my k7 gixxer and it came out pimp
