Re: Sick Side Mount Clipons Review
Andy niles has these on a 636. He has all stock cables. He mentioned rerouting cables and what not, but i dont remember exactly where he ran everythng. I will try to get this from him so we can post it on the site.
Asfar as the hohey triple. You can run them on the corect side if you tighten your clip ons at any random spot, then loosen your upper and lower triple then rotate the fork until your clipon is in the desired location. This is what Hohey recomends. Makes perfect sense.

Re: Sick Side Mount Clipons Review
thanks...my buddy did that with his dirt bars and the big risers to accomodate 06 forks...i was just being lazy..i will try that on saturday...but i do really need better brake lines..im still running stock lines and they are short and crappy lol...thanks for the compliment on the gauge cluster...this bike is getting painted and powdercoated in january
Longer braided lines is a good investment. You're good for any set up, and chance of brake fade decreases.

Re: Sick Side Mount Clipons Review
so i rode for a couple hours today...solved the clutch cable problem with routing it between the fork tubes, and on top of cage mount. no binding and plenty of slack lock to lock both ways... (still need longer braided lines though)
extremely happy with the way things are setup...
extremely happy with the way they feel.
stoppies were awesome, all wheelie variations, the positioning of them was great. 4 other people also rode my bike, they too liked the feel and look of them
one guy who uses dirtbars liked them
another who runs flipped vortexs is gonna buy them now after riding my bike
and the other guy rides a gixxer with woodcrafts rode and he liked the feel too.
the last guy liked them but said he would rather have 2 inch rise, but still felt good
all in all id say these clipons are a winner and id recomend them to anyone looking for new clipons.
good products, quality machining of the aluminum. a+++++
