Re: is o town dead?
I'm looking at houses in Waterford Lakes and College Park... they've got some sick *** houses, granite countertops, pool and hot tub -- damnnn looking at Craigslist feels like Christmas cause I'm paying $1000 a month right now plus fios, electric, water, gas, and sewer which equals out close to $2000 and I live in a two bedroom townhouse right now. Gotta love Northern Virginia.
