Buell to shut down

Re: Buell to shut down
I find it hard to believe you could compare your company, whatever it may be to Buell. What's sad is at least 200 Americans directly lost there jobs from this, indirectly who knows how many people it will affect. But who cares because the motorcycles were ugly right? ...

amen Dan. Erik used what he had to work with, and implemented a lot of new ideas. The industry needs him. it's not even about the bikes, it's about the way he thinks, and the contributions he has made in this industry. He deserves respect. he has gone far in a hard market to penetrate.

Re: Buell to shut down
I agree with a lot of you on here but if you look into it a little more closely the "Buell" company didn't drive themselves out of business, it was Harley ending their partnership with Buell that's causing Buell to close it's doors, since only one bike in their lineup, the CR, has a non "Harley" motor in it.
I think it would be awesome if Erik could hook up with those guys who made that Motocysz bike that they tried to build to race in Motogp. That could be a lethal combination with two visionaries coming together to make a race ready bike off the showroom floor.
And it would be fun beat the **** out of said bike learning circle wheelies as well
