yeah for real.. I think they call those guys career criminals. I think if my friend would have let the cops deal with finding his bike he would of never got it back... so I wouldn't doubt it if the cops don't even try to find this guy.

only 3 to 4 incidents? but has 18 charges?? uhh this guy has like 4 or more Grand theft charges alone.. plus all the violation of probation chargesVOP grand theft ..like 4 VOP possession charges..2 Petit theft charges. and I'm pretty sure he has warrants right now.. so i don't know where you got that he's only been invovled with only 3 to 4 incidents lol.

 

and who knows how many times he has stole a vehicle and got away with it.. just like how he stole my buddies bike and from the looks of it is getting away with it. so nahh this guy isn't a career criminal at all.... you're right man.

 

dude look at the dates. im not saying he isnt a criminal, but there only 4 incidents on his record. They just charge you with everything they can think of each time you're arrested, thats why u see like 4-5 charges all on the same date. it doesnt mean he stole 5 cars that day. Im just saying from the legal standpoint he fucked up 4 times in 31 years, and thats not bad. And if people were judged by the **** that they didnt get caught doing, then everyone would be in jail. Unless you're like jesus or something and never did any wrong.

yeah but what i don't understand is how this guy can go and get a grand theft charge and serve no more then 2 months in jail. and it also confused me how he has some charges on the same dates but when you look at the dates to the right of it they are different... but anyways. i just don't think this guy should be able to get away with stealing vehicles and not serve time. they should take it more serious. ***** stupid.

 

I think the guy just has issues more than anything else. mayb he didnt have toys as a kid or something. I gotta admit that i laughed when someone said that they seen him a couple times just today alone riding the bike. Tallahassee is a small place, so that just sounded funny as hell that he's just rocking the bike like its his ****.... washing the bike, and even adding oil. I mean the whole story from start to end is just funny as ***. There some characters in this world i tell ya.

 

yeah he really does have issues. he stole a ****** bike from a co worker.. knowing that the dude could easily find out all his information. so he's not a very bright criminal.

liability is the only thing florida I hear doesn't require, but even if they required that, still wouldn't be a lot of people with full coverage

 

he didn't add oil to take care of it he was trying to **** the bike up. he filled it until it wouldn't take any more oil. never washed it. wrecked it and ran it until the tank was bone dry.
