Only when you hit the brakes? Or under hard braking??
OR just brakes in general? Just enough brake to light up the lights but not enough to stop???
if its when you just barely touch the brakes, could be some sort of wire issue.. Maybe a lose ground somewhere, sending fucked up signals to the ECU when the brake lights get power
(I've heard of crazier ****)
Also do you have gauges? Throwing any error codes?

maybe try disconnecting the brake sensors and see if it still does it
If it doesn't definitely a wire issue, if it does, then I'm lost wait for OMR

whens the last time you put a set of plugs in it ?
if you cant remember then do it any way and while your in there make sure all you wire harness plugs are good and tight ,check your battery cables at both ends to make sure they are good and tight ...
