cross training in the winter

Re: cross training in the winter
Not TOO cold today, but just got done with a little session
40°F
Feels Like
34°F
friday night left my friends house on my f4i at 1am, it was 31f outside, I had to clean the ice off my handlebars and my seat!
I haven't done it yet since I'm poor But I've been thinking it would be pimp to buy tire warmers, and put them on the bike on the trailer/truck.. Pull up to the spot with your tire warmers still running...
Just not sure how many watts a tire warmer uses... If it was under around 600w per warmer wouldn't be hard to run a couple power inverters (I already got 1 700w rms inverter)

All I have it a bike and I ride year round, so why wouldn't I stunt in the winter too? Only thing I'm worried about is trying to do stoppies on cold pavement lol Just think of it as more time to improve while the fair weather fairies are waiting on summer to roll back around.

I don't mind riding there most of the time. It's only about 10min and when I show up I'm ready to ride! I'm just ready to get my **** back together so I can actually get in the lot more before the temp starts to really drop.

Re: cross training in the winter
i ride year round, not as much street though once the temp drops close to or below freezing.
i hit the lots almost as much as in warm whether (as long as theres no snow or ice in the lot)
or what we normally do since theres normaly a lot snow..... get a winter project.
last year bought & built a bike up that was literaly in pieces (totaly disassembled).
doing another one this winter. i have 4 bike and there always projects to do. might take apart the fiddy and powder coat everything. or take my stunter and rebuild it and bring it to a nice minty full fairing stunter for the summer.
