Can you see why some racers aren't particularly impressed with stunt riders??? I'll admit I'm a racer and never got into stunting, but I've always had respect for that aspect of riding but holy **** this kind of crap is just pathetic. Its a miracle stunt riding is as popular as it is with so many riders that go out of their way to make sure people think they're ********.

Also, as for the "which takes more skill" can we stop being blind and stupid here? Any monkey can go do a wheelie or do a trackday. I've ridden on the track with professional stunters and they do pick it up quickly, probably more so than I would pick up stunt riding but just as doing a wheelie is a LONG way from being a true stunter, riding around a race track is a LONG way from being a competitive roadracer. We all love riding, I have more fun racing than I do trying to stunt so thats what I do. I would think if anyone in the ******* world would be okay with people doing what they have fun at regardless of what other people say, it would be stunters...

u know what really amuses me about this. ive heard a number of times now from you guys that he was banned and got **** because he was breaking the rules of posting etc... i understand that and dont agree with the rest of the guys that went over there just to stir the **** up by posting more videos. riddle me this batman, i read this thread here and then went over and saw what was going on cuz ive been a wera forum member for a few years now and never broken any rules just bought and sold parts and done some reading, so i started commenting on the "stunter hate" thread, very respectfully and not close minded trying to find some common ground so it wasnt a big **** slinging fest and i got called a homo and a hippie and a bunch of other insults tossed my way, that sir is also CLEARLY agains the board rules but nobody got banned or even warned about that.... so i think its a bit of selective enforcement because it was a stuntrider posting a vid. i bet if one of regual racer guys posted up a stunt vid saying "hey check this **** out" nobody woulda got banned or had **** talked to them

roadracers will clearly get **** for posting stuff here because there are without a doubt riders on each side that have a grudge against the other. If you've read the WERA board, you know stirring **** up doesn't (usually) get you banned, that guy broke the one rule thats specific consequence is getting banned. Read back a bit, there have been WERA regulars (racers) that got banned for starting threads about youtube videos after that rule was put in place.

 

I was banned for posting a toasting of a video. I play no favorites. Stunturds or roadracingagging men with a pee nice now. I was going to say they had a male member they be practicing on if you can say, "gargle" on my pointed toes, "Click-Click!"
