Watch that castle nut adjuster bolt, I recently ripped out my threads in the frame right there, without heattreat I would assume it would happen easier. And defiently get a impaktech cage! I'm curious to see how yours hangs with a beating compared to my heatreated one.. Eric edub down in socal, I welded his frame after he almost ripped off right motor mount.. Lasted maybe 6 months and the frame ripped apart near the neck now.. So the heattreatin I think makes a big diffrenece... Keep me posted on how it hangs up!!

no welding on engine.. only thing i would possibly weld is side covers.. but only when there mounted so they dont warp. and when you do weld them they will become extrmely weak

thats unheat treated aluminum im sure thou... heat treat that **** and its strong... well strong as heat treated aluminum! and thats strong!

I make my stays out of 1/4", for frame mounts I would use something thicker personally...
And Ive seen your frame mod and if I remember correctly it looks alot thicker then 1/4"
