Crushed foot...Part II...GRAPHIC!
Hey guys. A little picture update from my appointment yesterday. Doc says crush injuries this bad are pretty rare. Luckilly all my bone fragments are pretty much where they should be, it should heal fine...they say. I have more breakage than I thought, originally...
4th and 5th metatarsals have several fractures each. 3rd metatarsal is fractured over halfway up, and the base is basically bone fragments. Then there's this other pretty big bone that sits on the outside of your foot, forgot what its called....but its right in front of your ankle of the outside. It's crushed to fragments, also.
Can't wait to clutch up, again. :-(
Me.....mounting up the finished Righteous clutch this morning only to find out that the wrong angle was integrated into the finished perch.. :-(

yikes! I also broke the bone on the far outside, should be 1 bone but it healed as 2, now my body keeps filling in bone cartalage to fill the gap but its not working so that little bone keeps getting bigger and bigger. They wanna do surgery and sand down the bone protrusion, then put a screw to connect the 2 bones into one. this **** happened like 3 years ago too. I'll probably do the surgery next summer

yikes! That had to be the nastiest swole up blister thing b/f it drained. Bet it smelled horrible. blaah! Hope it heals up quick and u can get back on the bike soon dude.
