Re: just curious?
Get a legit bill of sale and you can normally apply for one at DMV. Make damn sure it is NOT stolen though or it will be confiscated and you will be S.O.L.

Re: just curious?
you can file for an abandoned title, but most likely once you do the dmv will find that the bike does indeed belong to someone, probably a bank will have a lein on it, and you'll loose the bike. Bikes without titles dont have a title for a reason, 9 times outta 10 a shady reason.

Re: just curious?
dont **** with bikes with dirty vin/motor numbers or bikes without titleslike tanus said, they dont have a title for a good reason....and when 1 stunter rocks a dirty/non legit setup,it gives ALL stunters a bad rep.

Re: just curious?
too many "stunters" on stolen bikes. bank leins and stolen bikes are the top reasons a bike wont have a title. even wrecked bikes will have a salvaged title. ditch what you got and get something legit.
