Ouch man get better!!

Careful takin the Ibuprofen with broken bones. It does help with the swelling and inflamation but it really hinders your bone's ability to rebuild itself.

I found out the hard way with my foot and my collar bone years ago. Takes alot longer to really heal up to full strength.

this is literally less than 5 minutes after my cage landed on my foot 2 weeks ago. my shoe was still crushed after the bike bounced off of it. i though my foot was shattered but went and got xrays and just cracked 1 bone. it swelled up huge and its still bruised as hell

Yeah......I only took it for the first week. No more.....my doc says the same thing. I haven't taken ANYTHING for two days, now. Just homeopathics and vitamins.
