That sucks dude Behn had the samething happen to him the other day from bailing on a circle looked like he got away clean then at last second bike fell the other way and landed on his left foot and fractured it... I dont think its as bad as yours though well good luck on the healing and get back out there

Update:
The foot is feeling better, now.
I'm COMPLETELY off the hard pain killers. Just Ibuprofen during the day, and Aleve at night. I think things are goin good!

Yup,I just rolled my ankle horribly,bout an hour ago
first thought was," **** I don't wanna look cause it's probly folded over",then after bout 30min thought it was a bad sprain,I just tried movin my toes upward and I get a really sharp pain before they even move so I have to stop,now im thinkin it might be broke again
It still hurts but I can move my toes downward a lil bit very slowly,
Is there anyway to tell if it's broke or just a sprain?I think my insurance is lapsed cause I been laid off for so long.So I can't afford to go to the doc.

R.I.C.E.= Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation
oh and have (motrin) ibuprofen or (aleve) naproxen on stand-by.
