SICKEST 636 seats

Re: SICKEST 636 seats
Well I didnt take pics of the build....although I should have, and will next time. Anyways. The step is actually a wedge of wood, that FUSOR'ed into the seat pan. Then just for added security I put some screws up through it and cut off the excess. After that, everything got covered with high density closed cell foam. I double and triple checked everything as I was going through the steps of making it. It is SOLID. The step doesnt move AT ALL! I can promise that. I am 90% sure that I am going to Clutch Control. If so I will be taking those seats with me, and I will give them to a rider to put to the test.

Re: SICKEST 636 seats
Ya I admit....they are a bit pricey, but there is alot more to making them then most would think. Gotta figure the cost of the donor seats from ebay. Can be anywhere from $10-$40 each. Then cost of foam, material, and adhesive. On top of that I have to figure in the 24 hours of labor on them to get them perfect. I will master this build though and my time will be cut in half....that means cheaper for you

I am sad to say that I offically found out that I cannot make it to clutch control. Sometimes I hate life.
