All he can do is gay *** 40mph headstands and NEVER with a helmet(came to the stunt spot few months before and thought he was badass).


Dudes greed is gonna make it harder and harder for real stunters to book shows and find places to ride(we've been riding in chandler mostly for the last year).**** him, I wish I was there that day so I could testify that that dude is a retard that shouldnt be allowed on a bike, let alone preform a show 10ft away from spectators. And from what I hear his 15 year "amnesia" is total bullshit

honestly..? i mean yah the dude is prob a stupid squid like you say, and obviously a dumb *** for not wearing a helmet while performing. however, that accident wouldnt have occurred if it werent for the negligent actions of the woman driving the cart pulling out in his path. his legal grip is legit. rather he's yucking it up a bit to support his claim, well im sure some of us might do the same if we found ourselves in a similar situation. i cant be mad at the guy for suing them really. someone causes me to crash and get hurt when i otherwise wouldnt have then im gonna want someone to pay too. i crash of my own accord and get hurt ill take the lump myself.

yah but he was ran into by someone. its really no diff then if your driving down the street and someone t bones you.... the woman was told not to drive the cart through there and she didnt listen and drove down there anyway and ran into him. he was being responsible for himself, but you cant expect someone to drive a cart on to your closed course that youre performing on....
