do the fairings white.. with red frame.. red spokes chrome lip.

or fairings dark dark *** yellow. black frame with white wheels.

I use polygonal lasso tool to select what I want colored. I don't know about windows, but to select more areas with the lasso tool you hold down shift and to deselect an area you hold down command. Once you have the area highlighted, just go to the top image->adjustment->color adjustment.
