Hey Arme, that looks pretty tight, but I was wondering about the open header thing. I've run my bike with no pipe but still had the mid piece and it ran like ****. Is it better straight open at the bottom?

That means it's simply time to attempt to do like they did in XDL & Stunt Wars and that's to stunt it big even in the rain.

I dropped some cash on one of these last week:

It's a motowerkz exhaust/baffle.
They had a group buy for them on the kawi boards for 250 shipped. Yea expensive, but I wanted one BAD lol.
www.motowerkz.net

I hope it gets here soon because I'm itching to ride and see how this muffler works out.

I probably could have made one of these but it would'nt have been worth the labor and computer engineering and junk these guys put into the design to keep the performance and sound of the bike proper.

Yea there cramming in a lot of technology into a small package there if that's really a baffle and not a straight pipe.

Re: 05-06 636 Sub Brace Version 2.0

I pulled these quotes directly from "Motowerkz" on the Kawi forums. This is the guy I payed for the pipe:

"This is not a straight pipe, our exhausts are tuned and are baffled."

"We are currently testing a new baffle design(see avatar pic) that will reduce noise levels while providing increased gas flow."

"Yes, our new baffle will be cut on our water-jet from 2 inch stainless. The new baffle is designed to be able to retro-fit into any of our flared exhausts. It will be welded into the exhausts straight from us and in the retro models it will bolt in."

Thanks man-if anyone else makes a different variation of my design, post pics in here...My design isn't perfect, but it's hundreds of times better than stock.

Re: 05-06 636 Sub Brace Version 2.0

**Update**

Solid as a rock-I love it. Had to adjust the preload/compression on my rear shock to a harder setting to accommodate the extra few pounds this added-i had it on full soft anyways....

Combined with the OMR subcage, its a flawless setup.

This is the best mod, hands down, I have ever done to a stuntbike. Brings peace of mind with regards to the subframe.
