That shop used to be bad ***. I built 2 929's me and my buddies, we ordered everything we needed at the same timme to save on shipping i got it all in like 6 days, but that was over a year ago. I tried to do the same for my new 954 back in december... wow complete opposite!!! all i ordered was a few lines and a brembo master it took almost 2 months.. DO NOT ORDER FROM HAI! learn from others mistakes!! maybe they will get he hint and get their **** together, but i dont see it happenin in the near future

yeah i ordered my HB **** and took forever and that was like 2 yrs ago... got a free shirt and stickers for waiting like 4 months 
they said FTP was on back order thats why my **** was taking so long.... and powers took a month and a half for me and that was 3 yrs ago.......

ive been waitin on my chain for over a month now and still nothin. i call. but get quick short answers about it. i leave for fl tomorrow so now i gotta go to a damn bike shop and pay there rediculous price of $150 just so my bike will be ready. then WHENEVER i recieve my chain from HAI ima just send it right back. anyone gonna need a 530 chain!?! went through the same issue all summer with my cage n sprockets.
still need a 530 chain???

i ordered a hand brake and paid next day shippping after i didnt get it for two weeks i called and he said that the credit card didnt go thru and he "meant to call me" then come to find out he just typed in the wrong number and i didnt get a refund on the next day shipping......but i did get a easy pull that i got in three days and paid for the cheapest shipping...so i think some things come thru and some dont....customer service and communication with them sucks dick tho.....

ya hai big joke still havent got my chain its been over a month i had to make a claim on paypal and still waiting DO NOT US THEM i hate bashing because they used to be so awesome
