so just an update to my purchase im still waiting on half my order and since the 11th when i odered the stuff no one will respond to my emails or phone calls. I could handle the wait if there was some kind of comunication. Im not bashing HAI i just dont think its good for biz!!!

 

I'm still waiting on a few things too. Got my darwin bars pretty fast. Within 3 days.

Hai can eat my dick!!! Orderd twice and both time took weeks to get the **** and like u no calls no emails nothing!!

 

they have took a giant step back, i used to get everything from them but lately i have heard nothing but bad

 

well thake a road trip there and take your parts,+ grab some extra parts,it seems like the only way to get it...

 

If a business cant be promp and proper service, then it should close doors and sales completely..

 

what a shame, i used to order from them as well, but I never will again with all im hearing from these threads.

 

man sucks for HAI when i frst got into stuntin i was lookin at their website for parts was going to order like a G worth of **** but now all i hear is horror storys WTF happened.....

 

yeah its motoheaven and sickinnovations for me. you can get almost everything you need from both and they usually dont dick around on the order.

 

+1, I remember placing an order and having an email from Tice with my tracking number within an hour.

Brembo masters, custom sized Vortex Sprockets, and powers cages always take forever to get when ordered through Hai

 

oh stop! they get it to you eventually right? bottom line, if you need it fast, order it somewhere else, if you don't mind if it takes a couple weeks then order from hai. tice is good people.

Damn I just realized how many ppl having problems with HAi. But the only problem that i ran into with them is the stupid A.C farias 12 bar they send me is stupid crooked I got pic for proof lol. And I know i put that together right too.

idk i orderd from them and had my **** in a lil over a week and that was like 3 weeks ago i would order from them again.....
