I agree, youtube's copyright bullshit for some little home video is wack, being able to embed it is the only good thing but thats fucked when it gets muted.

youtube is doing that to discourage regular people from becoming popular. this allows them to cater to corporations. they started doing that as soon as they accuired youtube.

there's a google video that explains it all in detail. it's pretty fucked up!

Yeah, but they did it half heartedly. they're now incahoots with all the other corporations. if you're using a song without making money off of it, then it isn't illegal. they couldn't prove that?
