Theres the classified ad feedback section on here. Whenever I buy something from on here I search the persons username in that section as well as every part of the forum. I also search their old for sale threads to see if anyone was posting in their thread about not getting product or getting it months later. If someone has 0 feedback I usually wont deal with them. If someone is new I definitely wont deal with them unless they put it on their ebay account and have good feedback. Your idea would be good to have - 1 thread with peoples experiences but thats not gonna happen but at least you have the search and can see if people posted up bad things about them.

 

definantly going to do more background checking before buying parts on stuntlife again.

it saddens me that even in a community like this, where we all love, enjoy, and participate in the same sport people still lie cheat and steal. I would think that if you could trust anyone it would be people that share the same 'love' as you. obviously I was mistaken.

 

thats where you unfortunately fucked up. dont trust anyone when it comes to money and thats friends included. sad to say but ive been fucked over by my "real friends" with regards to finances so its hard for me to trust people with ****. There are friends that I trust with money but its always best to keep that **** seperate. I especially wouldnt trust anyone Ive never met without seeing others responses or proof they're good honest sellers. Be happy it was only $50 and nothing major at least like frame and title money

It's weird, I've bought stuff from like 3 random users on here and it's always worked fantastic for me. Haha I always turn to SL for my hard to find parts. Maybe I just happen to pick more reputable users on here...
